气雾阀在化妆品气雾剂喷雾性能的应用研究

化妆品气雾剂产品是一个复杂的多元系统，在该系统中至关重要的核心部件是气雾阀，除了在气雾剂产品上的开启与关闭作用外，气雾阀的结构、形状及尺寸对气雾剂产品的喷出及使用性能具有广泛而有效的影响，这表现在诸多方面，如喷出速率、喷角、雾粒粒径、喷雾均匀性、喷出效果等等。本文介绍了多种研究气雾剂喷雾性能的实验技术，并采用控制变量法，通过改变单一变量，对目前比较通用的气雾阀进行了喷雾性能测试，总结出气雾阀对喷雾性能的影响规律，为化妆品气雾剂产品设计者选用合适的气雾阀提供了重要参考信息。

Abstract

Cosmetic aerosol products are a complex and multivariate. The essential core component in this system is the aerosol valve. In addition to the opening and closing functions of the aerosol products, the structure, shape and size of the aerosol valve have a wide and effective impact on the spray and service performance, it reflects in many aspects, such as blowout speed, spray angle, particle size, spray’s homogeneous degree, spray shape and so on. In this paper, the control variable method is used to change the single variable, and testing the spray performance for current aerosol valve. Researching the relationship between the size of accessories and spray effect, proving important reference information for innovation and selection.
